During a US-hosted donor meeting in Germany, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Western allies to “speed up” arms shipments in the face of the Russian offensive.
Zelensky said during the meeting, which was held at the US Ramstein base in Germany via video link, that the partners “do not have to negotiate on the number of tanks, but launch a big supply operation that stops evil.”
